I just came across your website, and I wanted to let you know how great I think it is! I am a recent BYU graduate and self-proclaimed feminist, and everything you write strikes such a chord in me! I love reading how you deal with the issues that come up between your religious and other beliefs, because I have been struggling with those same issues for the last 5 years. It’s so nice to realize that there are other Mormon women out there who share my same opinions, especially girls who have gone to BYU. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I love your site, and look forward to your posts!

Hello mfranti! It’s definitely the same jdd from FMH, but I think it’s probably a different Sophia.
This is Sophia typing by the way.
Our little blog is mostly a place my sister and I set up to vent out our souls that we could do without our conservative mother finding it and getting hurt feelings.
It’s been a relief to both me and jdd–something we should have done a long time ago. Even though there aren’t many posts…the posts that are here are here for really, really big reasons.
Anyway, jdd is actually in New Zealand until the end of April, so I’m afraid this will continue to be scanty posting until at least the summer, but we welcome you and feel a great deal of respect for you already from what we’ve already read on FMH.
